Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal. Even though we work really hard to avoid Merchant fees & additional Admin work associated with refunds, we understand the importance of a clear refund policy.
All purchases are made online. Once you purchase and receive our digital or physical products, the sale is finale. There is no refund for received products. You may exchange or replace products or services.
We understand things happen. With proof of extenuating (documented illness, documented accidents, death, or anything that prevents you from attending our consuming purchased products or services.)
We use third party tools and technologies. We do not give refunds for technical issues. Our workshops and products depend on working technology that is beyond our control. We may reschedule or relocate workshops due to technical difficulties. Nonetheless, we will deliver everything promised as soon as technical difficulties are resolved. We define technical difficulties as anything preventing computers from working online.
Late Arrivals:
We dive in and start Workshops promptly. Arriving More than 10 mins late to Workshops forces a reschedule. You may reschedule with no additional fees. All reschedule dates are offered by Admin Approval and may not be enrolled without approval.
Reschedules: You may reschedule a workshop for any reason. You may not reschedule any workshops within 7 days of a scheduled Workshop. Once your workshop is booked, you are immediately enrolled, and your schedule of work begins.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
